Pre-cleaned sample containers available upon request, without charge. Containers are pre-preserved and labeled as appropriate. Call (724) 652-5770 to obtain sample containers and supplies including trip blanks, temperature blanks, container labels, shipping coolers, reusable ice packs, packing material and Chain of Custody forms. When requesting sample containers or supplies, 24 hour advance notice is preferred.
